At Kids Dream Catcher, we carefully curate products designed to inspire meaningful play and joyful learning. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition

• Be returned in original packaging

• Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Personal care items

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. 

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

As we work with international fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and external logistics factors beyond our control.

Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or peak seasonal demand do not qualify for refunds.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated delivery timeframes provided in our Shipping Policy.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
